Mirosław Pałucki, lawyer, graduated Faculty of Law and Administration on Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 1984. Afterwards, in 1984-1992,  he completed the prosecutor’s trainee school and worked in the Regional Public Prosecutor's Office in Kraków. After joining in 1992  the Regional Bar of Attorneys in Katowice, he was leading a law practice in Chrzanów and in 2000 moved to the Attorney Law Firm Number 4 in Kraków, which he was managing in 2002-2005. Since 2009 he manages the Law Office of Mirosław Pałucki located in Kraków, gen. J. Chłopicki 1/5 Street.

He specializes in criminal law, family law, real-estates law and suites for damages.
